Olifantsberg Pinotage 2020 13% 750ml

Located on the slopes of the Olifantsberg mountain in the Western cape comes this pure expression of the purely South African grape variety. The farm was bought in 2003 and 2004 saw the first production of wine under the Olifantsberg label in the winery of a cooperative. In 2007 they converted a glass blowing studio into a cellar to produce their own wine in.

On the nose youre going to get red cherries, wild strawberries and ripe raspberry aromas supported by refined tannins on the palate.
