A delicious ros from old vines of local favorite grape, Bobal. Think ripe red cherries, strawberry, raspberry, as well as orange blossoms, and a subtle herbal note. The palate is juicy and dry, with a mineral note leading to a long finish. A nice texture and mouthwatering acidity balance everything out.

Parajes del Valle is a dynamic winery led by winemaker Mara Jover. At just 28, she brings a fresh, modern approach to Jumillas winemaking traditions. The winery works with certified organic grapes from old vines, spread across four plots: Fuente de las Perdices, La Caada de Albatana, and Trmino de Arriba in northern Jumilla. These vineyards are maintained under the traditional terraje system, where growers rent the land and return 7% of the harvest in exchange for tending the vines.
