Akashi Red is a whisky blend produced from both malt and grain whiskies. This is a wonderful representation of the typical ‘everyday’ Japanese whisky from the White Oak distillery.

The only whisky in the world made by a grand master of sake (‘Toji’), White Oak distillery applies sake methodology to the art of whisky-making to create Akashi. This means it requires less ageing to result in a smooth and delicate malt.
