PERSONALISED AKASHI WHITE OAK SINGLE MALT 500ML

A blend of 7yr, 5yr and 4yr malts, from 3 different types of cask, Spanish Cherry Oak, American Oak and Bourbon Oak casks. Rich malty flavour and a supple fruited character. Pleasant bitterness, full-bodied depth with spice, peat-like character and a hint of aniseed and candied ginger. Smokey finish with some tannin notes.

The only whisky in the world made by a grand master of sake (‘Toji’), White Oak distillery applies sake methodology to the art of whisky-making to create Akashi. This means it requires less ageing to result in a smooth and delicate malt.
