The whisky is crafted using Australian malted barley that is milled, brewed, and double distilled on-site at our Melbourne distillery. It is then aged for up to eight years in American Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels sourced from Jack Daniels in Tennessee. Single barrel maturation ensures maximum flavor without blending.
