Savigny-Les-Beaune, France. From the prime east by south facing 1er cru site nearby the famed hill of Corton. Sandy marl soils to iron rich oolite higher up the slope produce a highly perfumed style of Savigny.

Vinification
Handpicked. 25% whole bunch. Fermented for 10 days on skins, gentle hand plunged and pigeage. Indigenous yeast. 20% new French Barrique.
