Veuve Ambal was established in the heart of Burgundy in 1898, by Veuve Marie Ambal, at a time when mthod traditionnelle was being introduced for sparkling wines. The company remains family owned and operated, currently run by 6th generation, Eric Piffaut and his son Aurlien. Together, they use their expertise and knowledge to continue the family tradition of producing high quality wines and increasing the notoriety of the appellation. They hold over 280 hectares of vineyards in six different sub-regions of Burgundy, mainly planted to pinot noir and chardonnay. The largest producer and market leaders in the production of AOC Crmant de Bourgogne.

Luigi Bormioli’s Vinoteque Perlage Champagne Flutes have been titanium-reinforced so they are highly resistant to breakage. The lead-free, blown crystal glass can be safely put in the dishwasher while maintaining a sparkling, pristine character.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Pale yellow in colour this Blanc de Blancs has a remarkably fine and full mousse.
Aroma: The fruity bouquet shows peach and apricot notes.

Palate: The palate is creamy and soft. The finish is clean and zesty.
vinification

This Blanc de Blancs is made from fruit sourced across Southern France, and produced Charmat Methode, with the secondary fermentation carried out in tank.
