A blend of Roussanne and Marsanne from Frances deepest South. The heat of this Southerly location really translates into the wine, and the grapes can handle it. To start the colour is intensely golden, and it follows the fruit character steers towards full ripeness; apricot, papaya, even banana. Perfect white that doesnt get lost amongst more powerful flavours on the plate.

Ollieux Romanis is a magnificent property with a huge winery nestling at the centre of its vines. The winery and wine cellar were built in 1896; these buildings were built from stone quarried from within the property and they still stand proud today.
