The Poor Toms Strawberry Gin is steeped in fresh strawberries, young ginger and hibiscus flowers. These ingredients impart their bright, lifted flavours and aromas and create the gins beautiful pink hue. Then, the late addition of intensified cardamom and cubeb pepper distillates helps to elevate the delicate sweetness of the strawberry.
