SIERRA ANTIGUO ANEJO 40% 700ML

A deep amber to copper coloured Anejo offering appealing aromas of dried fruits, split cedar, mesquite smoke and faintly terpenic notes. Less definition on the palate with a low-key agave character that takes a few minutes to open up, and there’s some resemblance to sherried single malts as flavours of dried fruits, peppercorns and vanillan oak come to the fore. The finish is sedate, mildly sweet and buttery but not long. Better after air contact.
