Light, fresh, and mineral rose with slight effervescence. Strawberry sherbert, raspberries, lime, and some herb notes and earthiness with minerality. Winemaker Frank Cornelissen is known for creating wines with lots of body and the kind of minerality you love to see from Mount Etna where his winery is located. He wants the natural expression of his grapes to shine through but with solid body and texture.
