The Boutique-y gang treated this 15-year-old single malt to a finish in a first-fill bourbon barrel bringing soft layers of vanilla and oak char to the rich malt loaf and vibrant citrus at its core.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Crisp layers of honeyed orchard fruits and sweet, biscuity malt lead to a touch of cider, oaken spice, and delicate char.

Palate: Sweet malt loaf, marmalade, vanilla pods, and summer grasses cushion delicate spices nestling in the depths.
