Tasting Notes

Nose:Roasted malt, soft stone fruits, and overripe orchard fruits open the way for trickles of honey, lemon and lime marmalade, and peppercorns.

Palate: The zesty citrus from the nose carries through, joined by prunes, salted papaya, and toasted coconut, with waves of creamy oaken vanilla throughout.

Finish: Toasted oak, vanilla, a smidge of dried chilli flake heat.
