The palate is slightly textured with a subtle crisp acidity. Bright, fresh and perfectly balanced.

Sourced from scenic vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, The Falls echoes sensations of regional serenity; crisp morning air, birdsongs from treetops and speckled sunlight on dappled rises. This fruitful Sauvignon Blanc sings of citrus, cut green apple and hints of passionfruit.

Great as a stand alone aperitif or serve with seafood.
Vinification
Fruit was picked in the cool of the morning to retain natural acidity. Following destemming, a cool fermentation in stainless steel spent on lees allowed the wine to gain complexity and mouth feel whilst still retaining freshness. The wine was racked and bottled.
