ORGANIC/VEGAN/NATURAL/LOW SULPHITE

This is a slightly more spicy take on a typical Pinot Noir, with 50% macerated as whole bunches. Decent grip, with bright notes of blood orange and slightly meaty notes from the iron-rich soil. This is a food-friendly Pinot Noir, that has great potential to get even better in the coming years.
