Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Cider.Made up from an assortment of cider varieties grown on the farm in Herefordshire. All apples pressed individually and naturally fermented separately, Ashton Bitters 2022, Dabinett 2022, Gilly 2021 and young fresh Dabinett from 2023.
It’s an upfront cider, with a gentle fizz of burnt caramel apple and green citrus fruit acidity.
