ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC/NATURAL/LOW SULPHITE/VEGAN

An energetic white that’s clean and crisp with good acidity. Lots of juicy pears and a spiced finish. This low sulphur Muscadet is aged in oak.

Both of the winemakers, Marion and Manu, were born in Muscadet and have been around vineyards their whole lives. After a time away, working in New Zealand and Chile, they returned in 2013. They now farm a 10ha parcel with the aim of showing off the varied volcanic terroir of the region.
