Flavour profile

Fresh and fruity with a gentle fizz, this orange Pet Nat opens with notes of tangerine zest, apricot, and citrus blossom. There’s a touch of grip from the skins, balanced by soft bubbles and a subtle saline edge that keeps things bright and lively. It’s textured but easy-drinking, with a slightly wild character that make it a little adventurous.

About Folias de Baco

Founded by Tiago Sampaio, a trained viticulturist who studied in Oregon before returning to Portugal, Folias de Baco is one of the most exciting natural producers in the Douro. Tiago farms organically and works with native grapes, letting the regions wild character shine. His wines are vibrant, raw, and packed with personality, always with minimal intervention and maximum drinkability.
