CIDER, 7% ABV
Made with old Czech apple varieties from organically tended orchards, fermented with spontaneous wild yeast in 225 litre oak barrels with zero sulfur added. After spending 12 months in barrels, they are bottled without fining or filtration.
Somewhere between cider and wine, this still cider is smooth with soft notes and subtle acidity.
