Bright and fruity Pet Nat with a striking ruby hue. Braucol, the grape, is indigenous to the Gaillac region. Full of bramble, raspberry, and cherry notes, alongside a dry herbaceous finish. A beautiful, authentic taste of the sunny South of France.

This wine is made by Marine Leys, a talented and promising female winemaker. She had worked for years behind the camera in film production across Europe and was eventually drawn to winemaking.
