All-natural Gamay bubbles! Strawberry and cream sweets vibes, watermelon with some herbal notes, good minerality for balance, and fine bubbles. Super juicy, incredibly bright, and easy drinking. Great brunch wine but also bring on the summer!
The grapes are hand-harvested and macerated on the skins for about 3 days.

This wine is made by Marine Leys, a talented and promising female winemaker. She had worked for years behind the camera in film production across Europe and was eventually drawn to winemaking.
