Vermentino with a dash ofNero D’Avola made into a tutti-fruity pink Pet Nat. It is a great introduction to the style. Bright, full of fresh fruit, great fun to drink.
The nose hints at sweet berries mixed with an undercurrent of lime and sea spray. The palate opens again with the fruit sweetness, almost raspberry lolly like fruitiness, but is super dry, the acid accentuated by the fine spritz of bubbles, whilst the Nero D’Avola provides a slightly earthy, moreish element. Summer party vibe.

Its usually unfiltered, slightly cloudy, and lower in alcohol than Champagne-style sparklers.
