VEGAN / NO ADDED SULPHITES

Super fun colour, although this is a pure Pinot Gris, we have almost a ros here due to the fermentation of the mash. Baked red summer apple, raspberry, strawberry aromas. Very aromatic, spicy, playful. Powerful and powerful on the palate, also a lot of red berry fruit, currant, wild strawberry, everything runs along the wonderfully soft but freshness-giving acid trail. Delicate tannins are gripping, with some bitter orange and grapefruit in the end.
A beautiful, harmonious Pinot Gris, which gets a very animating.
