Crafted from 83% Elbon rye, 14% #2 dent
corn, and 3% malted barley, all grown in
Colorado and milled onsite. Distilled in 2016,
aged 10 years, and bottled entirely at our
distillery. A true expression of place, time,
and craft. Never sourced. Never outsourced.

Nose: Butterscotch, lavender, citrus, spice.
