This new expression hails from Nantou distillery in Taiwan, paying homage to the nation’s highest peak, Yushan, also known as Jade Mountain. It is distilled using a Scottish copper Forsyth pot still and Belgian, then matured in bourbon casks, with no added colour or filtration.

The beverage pairs excellently with grilled salmon topped with red berries. Its aroma is floral, featuring honeysuckle and vanilla scents, while the palate is delicate, offering creamy vanilla caramel, a hint of spice, and zesty orange. The finish is a balanced blend of vanilla, malt, and tangerine.
