100% Garnacha, this wine is big, bold, and funky yet fresh. It has a dense, fruity palate, a long finish, and enough acidity that it won’t weigh you down. The producer has intentionally trapped some of theCO2 to give it a spritzy texture, making it almost fizzy. Give it some air if you can, to get the full expression.

Alfredo Maestro Tejeros vineyards are located within the Ribera del Duero. His are completely natural wines, with no sulphur added in the vineyard or the winery. All grapes here as hand-harvested.
