Indigenous red from northern Greece, with a solid body and fresh red and black fruit to uplift the structured tannin. This spends six months in large, old barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation, after its fermented in steel. Only indigenous yeasts here. Well-rounded, with some herbal notes and a complex, long finish.
