A rich and dry oaked Carignan from Wellington. Floral on the nose with a grassy freshness; on the palate it’s mellow and layered with red fruit like cherry and plum, with hints of spice and gentle French oak.

The grapes for this one come from two vineyard, one being the oldest Carignan vineyard in South Africa. They are vinified separately and and fermented naturally before spending almost a year in large French oak barrels.
