Deep ruby red with violet hues in the glass, with lots of ripe red fruits, herbs, and a distinctive licorice aroma. The palate is soft and velvety with firm tannins, finishing long with bright acidity.

Stefano Caruso and Mario Minini’s family has been producing wine for over a century, with the first vines being planted in the XIX century by great-grandfather Antonio. The estate is now on the third generation of winemakers,cultivating indigenous grape varieties such as Nero dAvola, Grillo, and Zibibbo.
