NATURAL / VEGAN / BIODYNAMIC / LOW SULPHITE

From the hands of Iconic Biodynamic winemaker Patrick Sullivan, comes this excellent little natural wine from Oz. A bright cherry-red in the glass. The nose is aromatic and suggests bell pepper and pleasantly bitter spices. On the palate notes of coffee and bitter chocolate leading to a bright finish. The tannins are well balanced making this a great food wine.
The wine is aged in old oak barrels for 6 months.
