This organic and biodynamic farm in Monferrato is the passion project of Deirdre OBrien and Maurizio Caffer, who traded London for rural Piemonte nearly a decade ago and havent looked back. After falling in love with the landscape, the duo behind Cascina moved to Piedmont and restored their farmhouse, planting vineyards of Nebbiolo, Slarina, and Grignolino along the way.
