On the palate, it offers a vibrant combination of fruity juiciness, mineral depth, and full, intense flavours, rounded off with a refreshing finish and subtle bitters.

Fermented with wild yeasts, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, to retain its authentic character and properly showcase the terroir.

The Elodie Jaume estate is a family vineyard located in the heart of the Rhne valley, in the famous Chteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. This estate embodies a wine-growing tradition spanning several generations, where expertise and know-how are passed down with passion.
