A new vineyard and a new wine enters the Gentle Folk family in 2019.
Cool, a northerly aspect to allow long, slow ripening. It produces Sauvignon with less of the grassy, green flavours and more of the juicy, succulent Summer fruits that make this variety the perfect wine to crush with fish and chips in the park. Its a generous and full-bodied wine with great depth and character which still holds a great acid line.
