A lovely white from the hot, arid climate of Catalayud, made from the Maceabeo (Viura) grape. The heat and sunshine give this wine a ripe fruitiness with flavours like peach, pear, and a hint of banana, as well as a pleasing weight in the mouth. To balance this out the wine has a nicezesty acidity to keep it light on its feet: like eating a fresh fruit salad on a summer’s day!
