Elisas debut Nouveau! A 100% Gamay harvested in September 2025, drawn mainly from her much-loved Beaujolais-Villages site in Quinci and lifted by fruit from a young, high-altitude planting in Chiroubles. These very young vines bring vibrancy and brightness, giving a luminous, translucent cherry fruit profile with gentle spice. Bottled as soon as the juice becomes wine – no ageing, just straight into bottle by mid-October – this is the very first, purest taste of the 2025 vintage.

Unlike the long-established Beaujolais dynasties, Elisa Guerin is carving out her own path. A trained agronomist from a family with 4 hectares in Chnas, she is the first to pursue fully chemical-free farming and natural winemaking across their Moulin–Vent and Chiroubles parcels. Since 2019 she has been gradually converting the estate to organics, encouraging biodiversity with hedgerows and fruit trees, and refining her cellar work with native yeasts, concrete levage and minimal additions. Her growing range, from old-vine Beaujolais-Villages to small cuves from Moulin–Vent and Chiroubles, shows a clear vision: precise, pure expressions of Gamay shaped by granite, limestone and schist.
