The exact proportion of the blend is a mystery, as the producer allowed it to evolve naturally. A lush, tropical blend, opening upmyriad flavours like nectarine, lychee, tropical fruit and citrus. Spicy and floral on the nose, with a soft rounded sweetness on the palate. Smooth and layered, it finishes clean and crisp. Exceptionally food friendly wine: it will match especially well with spice and heat.
