This Nosiola is reputed as one of the best on the market, with a complex nose full of exotic fruit and herbal notes. The palate is markedly fresh, and really lingers on the finish. The development of flavour is thanks to the 8 months spent in Spanish amphora vessels, bringing out the expression slowly and with care.

Elisabetta Foradori has become one of Italys superstar winemakers. All the Foradori vineyards lie in the side valley of Campo Rotaliano, and it is from these beautiful vineyards that Elisabetta Foradori is quietly producing some of Italys most complex, deep and compelling wines. She converted to biodynamics in 2000 and gradually changed her winemaking to a more minimalist, natural approach.
