ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC/VEGAN

This is a superb example of a dry Riesling. Complex, refreshing, and super food friendly. It has a nose filled with aromas of lime, green apple, and jasmine. The wine is bone-dry, full-bodied yet racy with a supremely long finish. The balance of tart fruit and stony minerality, and the intense concentration of flavours showcases the brilliance of the winemaking skills.

The Khn estate was founded in 1786 by Jacobus Khn and has remained under the watchful eye of his family ever since. They cultivate the land biodynamically, producing a range of Rieslings which showcase the Rheingau terroir.
