ORGANIC/VEGAN/NO ADDED SULPHITES

A pleasant reduction on the nose, smokey with toasted notes. Followed by a flinty minerality and ripe pear on the palate with fresh citrus and some more tropical fruit flavours as it opens up. This is a complex and layered Jura white.

Les Dolomies is the winemaking project of Cline and Steve Gormally. Having been trained at the Domaines Labet, Badoz, and St-Pierre, they bring a wealth of experience to their tiny plots in Passenans, Jura, from which they make Jura wines full of both elegance and power. Wild yeast fermentation and bottling without fining or filtration have always been the norm here.
