ORGANIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE

This is a cloudy, aromatic white blend from Austrian wunderkind Matthias Warnung. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, and minimal sulphur addition. It’s fresh, but grounded by some of the grapes spending two weekson skins. This white feels slightly reminiscent of sake, with a hint of saltiness and the usual white fruit and floral notes from the Grner.
