Fermented with indigenous yeasts; bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulphur.
In the south of Abruzzo, Luca Bevilacqua makes natural wine from native grape varieties. He worked as a sommelier around Europe before embarking on his winemaking journey in 2001. His wines are straightforward but full of character.
