A lively Merlot from Pomerol, Bordeaux. In the glass, it’s deep ruby, with aromas of rose and violets, sour cherry, and a hint of leather. On the palate you’ll find notes of dark fruit, peppery spice, and velvety tannins. Medium bodied, with a pleasant acidic finish.

Fermented naturally and aged in amphorae, with very little intervention and low sulphur. Unfined and unfiltered, best drank slowly to allow the flavours to evolve in the glass.
