This Gamay is named for its ideal setting: La Plage (the beach!). Crunchy, sappy and dripping with red fruit, this is a vivid and lively Gamay. Perfect red for sunny days, ideally served lightly chilled.

Jean Maupertuis maintains his 3.5 hectare plots all himself, hand pruning and picking, and upholding organic practices. His production is tiny, so whenever we can get our hands on some of his delicious natural offerings, we don’t hesitate as they tend to disappear quickly!
