Cracka ReviewWhile the Kriter name is little known here in Australia, it’s kind of a big deal overseas. Started by Burgundian wine merchant Andr Boisseaux back in the 50s, this is a label dedicated purely to sparkling. When you’ve got just a handful of wines, it’s important to nail it, and Team Kriter have clearly got this Blanc de Blancs styles down pat.
Crafted from the Loire Valley in central western France, this delicate Blancs de Blancs has gentle citrus fruit flavours, a creamy mousse and crisp acidity. In other words, it’s a very drinkable, vibrant sparkling that would leave most equivalent priced Aussie sparklers for dead.
