VEGAN/NO ADDED SULPHITES

Direct-press pink,from a small plot in Dorchester, with a peachy hue in the glass. This was originally going to be a sparkling wine, but itdeveloped nicely enough not to need a secondary fermentation. Aged in amphora, this fresh rose is nicely filled out from a brief malolactic fermentation. There’s a slight effervescence, making it even more refreshing.
