Seiradi Red is a juicy, modern expression of Mandilariamedium-bodied, fresh, and silky, with bright notes of redcurrant, sour cherry, and a hint of tomato leaf. With no oak influence, it shows the lighter, more elegant side of this thick-skinned grape.

Produced by the 100-year-old Paros Farming Community, the wine reflects the islands heritage and innovation. Low-trained vines withstand the Cycladic winds, yielding fruit-driven wines with balanced structure and a subtle mineral-salty edge.
