Beaujolais Nouveau from cult producer Sln. Vibrant Nouveau that’s aromatic with raspberries, plum, and strawberries and a touch of bubblegum finished with some white pepper notes.

Sln is made by Sylvre Trichard who owns a tiny 4 hectares of biodynamically-farmed Gamay in Blac, a small village in Beaujolais. This is made Naturally without any additions.
