BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE

This wine is a red and white blend of Pignatello and Catarratto that is fermented in amphorae and arrives as a beautiful ros-style wine, or perhaps light red, depending on how your mood takes you. What’s most intriguing about this wine is its Jura-like qualities, with lots of bright sour cherries, dried fruits, honey, and a touch of greenness making it super refreshing. A must-try wine, at least once in your life.

Gabrio Bini’s tiny little patch of vineyards are located on the small island of Pantelleria, which is located to the south-west of Sicily. His wines couldn’t be any more natural – his horse run vineyards never have any treatments and all of his wines have absolutely no additions.
