BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE

A fresh but complex skin-contact Sauvignon from Slovakia. Partly fermented on skins for a week, then aged for a year in an egg-shaped tank. Herbs and stone fruit come through, and the palate has lovely texture and sturdy structure. A lovely light amber hue in the glass.
