SUSTAINABLE
Listn Negro is indigenous to Tenerife, a volcanic island kept cool with salty Atlantic winds. The vines are ungrafted, untouched by phylloxera. A proportion of the wine is aged in American oak for two months. Delicately delicious, youthful dark cherry colour with violet hues. Highly aromatic, bursting with red fruits – cranberry, cherry, and plum. Savoury earthy notes with bracing hints of black pepper. Smooth, with balancing acidity, medium tannins, and a clean finish. A great all rounder.
